1. About Noble Travel

Noble Travel provides curated international travel experiences, including escorted tours, accommodation, transportation, and sightseeing services. By accessing our website or making a booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Bookings & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Prices are quoted in AUD and are correct at the time of booking confirmation.
Final travel documents will be issued once full payment is received.
To secure a booking, a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total booking value, in addition to the full cost of Domestic/International flight tickets (if applicable), may be required.
The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than eight (8) weeks prior to the departure date. Failure to receive full payment by this deadline may result in cancellation of the booking, with applicable cancellation fees charged.
Cancellations made within eight (8) weeks of departure, amendments, early departures, or no-shows may incur 100% cancellation charges, subject to supplier and hotel policies.
Cancellation terms may vary depending on the service provider, seasonality, and special offers.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing and will only be effective once confirmed by us in writing.

3. Prices & Inclusions

Tour prices include only the services specifically listed in the itinerary.
Items not listed (such as optional activities, some meals, drinks, personal expenses, visas, and travel insurance) are not included unless stated otherwise.

4. Changes to Itineraries

While every effort is made to operate tours as advertised, Noble Travel reserves the right to amend itineraries, accommodation, transport, or services due to operational, safety, weather, or supplier reasons.
Any changes will be made to maintain the overall quality and experience of the tour.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation fees may apply and vary depending on suppliers, destinations, and timing.
• No refunds are available for no-shows or unused services.
• Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

6. Travel Responsibilities

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have:
• Valid passports and visas
• Required vaccinations or health documentation
• Comprehensive travel insurance

Noble Travel is not responsible for denied boarding, entry refusal, delays, or losses resulting from incomplete documentation.

7. Tour Participation

Guests must be physically capable of participating in the tour itinerary, including walking, stairs, and varied terrain.
Noble Travel reserves the right to decline participation or remove a traveler from a tour if their conduct or condition disrupts the safety or enjoyment of others.

8. Liability

Noble Travel acts as an intermediary between clients and third-party service providers such as airlines, hotels, cruise operators, transport companies, and activity providers.
We are not liable for injury, loss, damage, delay, or expense caused by third parties or events beyond our control.

9. Website Content

All website content, including text, images, branding, and itineraries, is the property of Noble Travel and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Privacy

Personal information is handled securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Australian and international data protection laws.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia, with consideration for international travel regulations.

12. Updates

Noble Travel reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
